The government spokesman, Tariq Al-Muzarram, announced today, Monday, that the cabinet approved a 3-stage plan to operate commercial flights in and out of Kuwait Airport starting from August 1, 2020.

Al-Mazram added that “the flights will be at an operating rate of no more than 30%.” Kuwait had announced on March 11 the suspension of all commercial flights to and from Kuwait International Airport until further notice, as part of the precautionary measures taken by the country to prevent the spread of the Corona virus
