The United States’ Ambassador to Kuwait, Alina Romanowski, expressed her support for the mission of the Kuwait Society for the Care of the Disabled in providing care, education, and continuous innovative support for children with disabilities, thus changing their lives and helping to integrate them into society.

This came during a visit to the Kuwait Society for the Handicapped, where she participated in many activities with her students and employees.

Ambassador Romanowski also attended a training course in professional development, organized in cooperation with The Borough Rehabilitation Center, which aimed to share experiences, learn new treatment techniques and increase productivity.

The ambassador also participated in a technical session to promote and encourage the inclusion of all persons with disabilities regardless of their skills and abilities, and she visited the rehabilitation department and watched some manual therapies, and the advancement of movement for children with disabilities.
