The General Administration for Combating Cybercrime announced the seizure of an account holder who had published insulting and indecent clips.

The administration said that after searching and investigating the owner of the account, his identity was determined and by summoning the accused and interrogating him, he acknowledged that the account belongs to him and he is the one who published the photos and videos.

The accused was detained by the administration to present him to the Public Prosecution Office to take the necessary legal measures against him. They emphasized that the Electronic Crimes Department monitors and follows up on any matters that violate public morals and the laws governing social media, and does not tolerate those who misuse them.
